DanceXross Fitness is an hour-long fitness program mixing dance, kickboxing, strength training, and soul line dance. It incorporates a variety of music genres including Motown, Hiphop, Pop, Latin, Soca, African, and R&B. DXF is for all ages and fitness levels and prior dance experience is not required to get a good work out while enjoying an hour of fun. Starting Dec 1st on Thursdays at 6pm, join Michele Howard and others for some inspirational movement!
